Passion fruit
Passion fruit is widely grown in Vietnam, especially in the Central Highlands provinces such as Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and in some northern mountainous areas. The main variety is purple passion fruit, known for its high juice content, strong aroma, and rich sour-sweet flavor. Thanks to the cool tropical highland climate and fertile basalt soils, Vietnamese passion fruits achieve excellent quality, ideal for fresh consumption and processing into concentrates, purees, and beverages for export.
